In addition to specific mix requirements for on-line usage, ZigZag Lane can provide audio and video in most file formats suitable for today’s vast range of media applications. Some of these formats are encodeable in a range of sample rates and bit depths. A number of format-specific compression algorithms are also available such as 4-bit ADPCM for .wav, and we are well acquainted with producing files at 8kHz sampling frequency for IVR telephony applications.
Audio produced as data files can be supplied in various media formats, including DVD-R, CD-R and via the net. ZigZag has a secure FTP site for easy up and downloading to anyone with an internet connection. We also use YouSendIt and other delivery applications.
